Core Debuts In Denver
November 21, 2003--The new film from Total Telemark and Tough Guy
Productions "Core" debuted in Denver last Wednesday
night and by all accounts the stoke was strong. The Casino Cabaret,
a fixture in Denver's music scene since the 1930's, was the venue
and while the club normally hosts jazz, Latin jazz, and R&B
concerts, there was no doubt that this evening the night belonged
to the tele crowd as an estimated 100 freeheel athletes and movie
fans packed the joint.
"For me the best part was seeing so
many really young tele skiers at the showing," said Pete
Gallup, one of the dozens of top tele skiers in the film. "Seeing
kids like Rayce Singer, Kevin Soller and others there with their
parents having a great time was so cool, tele is really starting
to bridge the generations."
Also appearing in Core are, Max Mancini,
BJ Brewer, Pete Gallup, Lorenzo Worster, Ben Dolenc, Luke Miller,
Stuart Kellemeyer, Ross Richards and many more. Stay tuned to
Telemarktips for a complete review and downloadable video clips.
In the meantime, if you haven't seen it, a "Core" Sneak-peek
is on the TeleVision page.
