What's new in our PARK
section..
- A new name. For a long time now we have been
so over being part of the new-school hype machine, and this part
of the site has been neglected as a result.
What we have here is not
"freeheel skiing," it's not "telemark park skiing,"
it's just freeskiing that happens to be on tele gear. Almost
two years ago Lorenzo Worster suggested we forget about all the
hype and just call this part of the site "Park." It
was a good idea then, and after even more lame, over-blown promotion
having come and gone, it's an even better idea now.
- Our Park video page has is being updated for 2005/06,
with more footage, and better organization. We also added a bunch
of Park Pics from the Alpine Meadows Slopestyle comp sometime
back and will be updating this part of the site further in coming
weeks.
