Thanks to Chad Stannard for putting this
screesaver together for our readers.
To install the screensaver in Windows, first click on the link above. A dialog box will
come up, choose "save." A "Save As" dialog
box will appear allowing you to choose where on your machine
the file will be stored. Go to "My Computer," select
your main hard drive (usually it's drive "C"), then
click the "Windows" folder. Now look for the "System
32" folder, click to open it, this is where you want the
file to go so hit the Save button. Once the file has finished
downloading you can go to your Control Panel and navigate to
the "Display Properties" area. In XP get there via
"Appearance and Themes/Choose a Screensaver." You will
now find a file labelled "ttipscreensaver.scr" in the
Screensaver drop down menu, select it, hit apply and you've got yourself some cool pictures to look at each time your monitor takes a break. |
